The invention discloses a connection method of a concrete precast pile and a pile foundation cap. The method comprises the following steps that a plurality of corresponding lower twisted steel bars are embedded into the concrete precast pile; the upper end of each upper twisted steel bar is mechanically connected with a sleeve; the upper twisted steel bars arranged in the pile foundation cap are subjected to tapping and then connected into the sleeves; and then ordinary concrete is poured on the pile foundation cap. The connection method is simple in structure, saves comprehensive cost of engineering, and can improve the construction quality of concrete pile foundation engineering; the upper and lower twisted steel bars are mechanically connected with the sleeves, so that an engineering safety accident can be effectively avoided and a hidden engineering danger can be greatly reduced; and the connection method is applied to concrete precast pile foundation engineering, expands an application scope of the concrete precast pile, and more adapts to market development.
