The invention discloses a degumming-proofing insulation board capable of warning. The degumming-proofing insulation board capable of warning comprises a glass fiber layer and a solar cell panel. A temperature sensor is arranged in the glass fiber layer. A foaming cement layer wraps the glass fiber layer. Metal plate layers are connected onto the upper surface and the lower surface of the foaming cement layer. Lugs are arranged on one side, opposite to the foaming cement layer, of each metal plate layer. The width of one end, opposite to the metal plate layer, of each lug is smaller than that of the other end of the lug. Through holes matched with the lugs are formed in the foaming cement layer. Grooves matched with the lugs are formed in the upper surface and the lower surface of the glass fiber layer. The lugs penetrate the through holes to be connected with the grooves in a clamped manner. The solar cell panel is connected with the metal plate layers. The degumming-proofing insulation board capable of warning has the advantages of stable structure, degumming proofing and capability of sending warning information before fire accidents.
