Polystyrene foam insulation board decoration component and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a polystyrene foam insulation board (EPS insulation board for short) decoration component and a preparation method of the polystyrene foam insulation board decoration component. The polystyrene foam insulation board decoration component comprises a polystyrene foam insulation board, a layer of glass fiber mesh and a layer of plastering mortar. The preparation method includes: cutting the two sides of the polystyrene foam insulation board with heating fuse simultaneously; smearing bonding mortar on the cut foam modeling surface of the polystyrene foam insulation board uniformly, scraping the glass fiber mesh and the polystyrene foam insulation model firmly and enabling the glass fiber mesh to be closely connected with the polystyrene foam insulation board; stirring the plastering mortar with water and smearing the plastering mortar on the surface of the polystyrene foam insulation board model uniformly and flatly; and conducting the natural curing for 24 hours. The polystyrene foam insulation board decoration component is simple in production, light in weight, convenient to install, capable of greatly reducing the cost, and meeting the non-toxic harmless green-product standards of the national decoration engineering.
