Inorganic cemented polystyrene foam insulation board and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an inorganic cemented polystyrene foam insulation board and a preparation method thereof. The insulation board is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:100-150 parts of inorganic quick-hardening cemented slurry, 10-20 parts of pre-expanded and cured EPS balls and 2-10 parts of an EPS coating modifier. The insulation board can be demolded within 4-6 hours after being pressed and molded and cannot rebound, and the compressive strength can reach 0.15 MPa or above after the insulation board is cured for 8-12 hours in the environment of 40 DEG C or naturally cured for 20-36 hours. The density of the slurry is controlled by utilizing expanded perlite or vitrified micro bubbles or an air entraining agent, the density of the finally prepared insulation board ranges from 110 kg/m<3> to 180 kg/m<3>, an interface slurry modifier and a flame-retardant EPS modifier are doped so that the inorganic quick-hardening cementing slurry of the cement-based cementing material is evenly distributed on the surfaces of the EPS particles, the EPS particles are effectively protected, and the fireproof performance of the insulation board reaches the A2 grade.
本发明公开了一种无机胶结聚苯乙烯泡沫保温板及其制备方法,所述保温板由以下重量份的原料组成:无机快硬胶结浆料100~150份,经预发、熟化后的EPS球10~20份,EPS覆膜改性剂2~10份。保温板压制成型后能在4~6h脱模且不会发生反弹,并在40℃环境养护8~12h或自然养护20~36h后抗压强度即可以达到0.15MPa以上。利用膨胀珍珠岩或玻化微珠或引气剂控制浆体密度,最终制得保温板密度为110~180kg/m,掺入界面浆料改性剂和阻燃EPS改性剂使得水泥基胶凝材料无机快硬胶结浆料在EPS颗粒表面分布均匀,EPS颗粒得到有效的保护,保温板防火性能达到A2等级。
