The invention relates to a reserved hole sleeve which comprises a pipe body, a cover plate, a limiting shaft, a first retaining piece and a fixing member. The cover plate covers the top end of the pipe body, the limiting shaft penetrates the cover plate, the first retaining piece is fixedly arranged in the middle of the limiting shaft and positioning below the cover plate, and the fixing member is arranged at the bottom end of the limiting shaft. The positioning hole pipe body is closed by adopting the cover plate, so that integrity of the pipe body is improved, concrete is prevented from entering the pipe body, concrete waste is avoided, and more labor is saved during demounting. The reserved hole sleeve is firmly fixed to a formwork by adopting screws fixed on the limiting shaft and can be mounted and demounted quickly, and tying wires and nails are saved, potential quality hazards caused by the fact that the tying wires are not demounted cleanly, and quality of a reserved hole is guaranteed; a handle is arranged on the upper portion of the limiting shaft, and a level principle is utilized, so that the reserved hole sleeve is time saving and labor saving when being mounted and demounted.
