The invention discloses a novel multifunctional carrying and vehicle taking device, and in particular, relates to the technical field of parking equipment. The device is characterized by comprising a transverse moving mechanism (1), a rotating mechanism (2) and a vehicle exchanging mechanism (3), wherein the rotating mechanism (2) is arranged at the upper end of the transverse moving mechanism (1); and the vehicle exchanging mechanism (3) is arranged in the middle of the upper end of the rotating mechanism (2). The novel multifunctional carrying and vehicle taking device consists of the three parts, i.e., the transverse moving mechanism, the rotating mechanism and the vehicle exchanging mechanism, realizes the transverse movement and the rotation of vehicles, and has the advantages of reliable operation, convenience for operation, easy maintenance and high cost performance.
