The invention discloses an outer sunshade component of an outer window; and the outer sunshade component consists of an outer window (1), an outer wall (2), an outer wall convex block (3), an insulating layer (4), a surface layer (5) being the outer wall, a sunshade box (6), sunshade cloth (7), a sunshade cloth scroll (8) and an expansion bolt (9). The outer sunshade component of the outer window has the following beneficial effects: when sunshine in summer strongly irradiates, the sunshade cloth is put down to reduce the rise of indoor temperature from thermal radiation so as to reduce the use time of an air conditioner to achieve the saving of electric energy and the reduction of carbon emission.
