High-polymer composite grouting method for leakage and sand inrush blocking of underground pipeline
The invention relates to a high-polymer composite grouting method for leakage and sand inrush blocking of an underground pipeline. The method comprises the following steps: (1) determining a leakage and sand inrush part of the underground pipeline; (2) drilling grouting holes in the ground surface; (3) placing two grouting pipes in each grouting hole, and binding a membrane bag to the lower end of one of the grouting pipes; (4) injecting high-polymer materials through the grouting pipes to form a high-polymer sand stabilization body; (5) draining water in the pipeline; (6) mounting cloth bags at staggered joints of pipe pieces; (7) injecting the high-polymer materials into the cloth bags for blocking leakage; (8) filling the external empty parts of the pipeline, wherein the high-polymer materials are non-aqueous reaction double-component high-polymer materials. The high-polymer composite grouting method for the leakage and sand inrush blocking of the underground pipeline has the advantages of being quick, economical, durable and the like, the problems of leakage and sand inrush of the underground pipeline under complicated geological conditions such as soft soil layers and underground rivers can be quickly solved, and a novel method which is advanced, efficient, economical and practical is provided for non-excavation restoration of the underground pipeline. The method is successfully applied to multiple underground pipeline leakage and sand inrush restoration works, and has great economical and social benefits and a broad development application prospect.
