Grouting slurry and underground pipeline grouting method
The invention provides grouting slurry and an underground pipeline grouting method, and belongs to the technical field of pipeline leaking stoppage. The grouting slurry comprises cement paste and a polyurethane grouting material; the polyurethane grouting material is prepared from the following raw materials: toluene isocyanate and trihydroxy water-soluble polyether; the underground pipeline grouting method sequentially comprises the steps of manhole dewatering, hole site lofting, hole drilling, grouting slurry injection and hole sealing. The grouting slurry is good in stability when not meeting water, when the grouting slurry is poured to a water leakage part, the grouting slurry immediately reacts with water, meanwhile, carbon dioxide gas is released, the grouting slurry expands and secondarily permeates and diffuses into concrete gaps, a cross-linking reaction is continuously carried out, the viscosity of a product obtained through the cross-linking reaction is increased, a net-shaped structure is formed, and the grouting effect is improved. And finally, a consolidated substance which is large in volume, high in strength and insoluble in water is formed, so that a concrete structure is formed in soil and cracks into which the grouting slurry permeates, and the effect of leaking stoppage of the cracks of the underground pipeline can be achieved.
本发明提供一种注浆浆液及地下管道注浆方法,属于管道堵漏技术领域,所述注浆浆液包括水泥浆和聚氨酯注浆材料;制成所述聚氨酯注浆材料的原料包括甲苯异氰酸酯和三羟基水溶聚醚;所述地下管道注浆方法依次经检查井降水、孔位放样和钻孔、注入上述注浆浆液,再经封孔完成。本发明的注浆浆液不遇水时稳定性好,当被灌注到漏水部位时,立即与水发生反应,同时放出二氧化碳气体,注浆浆液积膨胀并二次渗透扩散深入混凝土缝隙,不断的进行交联反应,交联反应所得的生成物黏度增大,形成网状结构,最终形成容积大、强度高,且不溶于水的固结物,进而在渗透有注浆浆液的土壤和裂缝中形成混凝土结构,能够达到对地下管道裂缝进行堵漏的效果。
