The invention relates to liquid ceramic tile preparation and a site construction process and belongs to the field of terrace materials. The preparation method of a liquid ceramic tile comprises the following steps: performing high speed dispersion to 10 to 30 parts of amino resin, 1 to 5 parts of a dispersing agent, 20 to 50 parts of titanium dioxide, 3 to 5 parts of pigment and 5 to 10 parts of a solvent for 30 to 60 minutes, and then enabling the fineness of grind to be equal to or smaller than 25 mum; adding 1 to 5 parts of a flatting agent, 1 to 5 parts of a defoamer, 0.5 to 3 parts of pigment and 10 to 20 parts of a solvent, and carrying out high speed dispersion for 30 to 60 minutes; stopping a high speed stirring machine, and discharging, so as to obtain the liquid ceramic tile. The liquid ceramic tile adopts low-viscosity and high solid content amino resin, so that low temperature solidification, thick coating and fast construction are achieved, and the liquid ceramic tile can be put in use for 24 hours. A coating film is excellent in fullness, levelling property, and environmental protection, and also excellent in weather resistance, scratch resistance, shock resistance, water resistance, acid and alkali resistance, fume resistance and the like; quick film formation below 0 DEG C and the state of putting into use for 24 hours can be achieved.
