The invention discloses a construction technology of a rock salt foundation brine conveying facility. A leveling rock salt foundation layer (1) is compacted, then a salting clay layer (2) is paved on the surface of the rock salt foundation layer (1), and the salting clay layer (2) is tamped. Then terrain leveling, plane planning and membrane laying graph drawing are carried out, according to a membrane laying graph, a high-density polyethylene geomembrane is cut into blocks, the serial number of each high-density polyethylene geomembrane is set, and the high-density polyethylene geomembrane is conveyed to a corresponding position of a construction site in sequence. After the high-density polyethylene geomembrane is paved, the main joint of the high-density polyethylene geomembrane is welded through an electric heating carving welding method, and a hot melting extrusion welding method is used for welding a non-linear joint of the high-density polyethylene geomembrane. The invention further provides the brine conveying facility and a method for conveying brine on a rock salt foundation.
