The invention discloses a steel tube recycled concrete composite bearing base pile and a manufacturing method thereof. The method includes the steps that firstly, a steel tube is sunken at a pile position, then, the bottom of a pile hole is filled with sorted building rubbish and then is tamped, then hard recycled concrete is rammed to form a rammed body composed of the dry and hard recycled concrete and the sorted building rubbish, then a reinforcement cage is arranged in the steel tube, recycled concrete is poured, and finally, a cushion is laid on the top of the recycled concrete. Compared with a traditional bearing base pile construction technology, the dry and hard recycled concrete takes the place of dry and hard concrete, so that cost is reduced; besides, the steel tube serves as a formwork, so that after a pile body is formed, a function of constraining core concrete is achieved, a steel tube recycled concrete pile is formed, the bearing capacity is improved, the construction process is simplified, working hours are saved, the building bearing base generated after old buildings are demolished are efficiently used, and good prospects and good economic benefits are achieved.
