PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate pile head treatment and manufacture of a steel composite concrete pile.SOLUTION: Deformed reinforcing bars 10, 10 are placed annularly on the side with an end 3 of a pile body 1, intermediate plates 13, 14 are fitted, and a pipe member 20 is placed over the side with an end 11 from the intermediate plate 13. (a) An annular fixing member 24 is fitted a bit closer to the center from the side with an end 22 of the pipe member 20, to make a reinforcement basket 30. (b) The reinforcement basket is inserted into a steel tube 5, an outer edge 25 of the fixing member 24 and an inner wall surface 6a of the steel tube 5 are welded at their contacting part, and an outer peripheral edge 15 of the intermediate plates 13, 14 is welded with the inner wall surface 6a of the steel tube 15. (c)Doughnut-shaped end plates 32, 33 are welded on an end 7 and the other end 7a of the steel tube 5. (d) An end 11 of the deformed reinforcing bar 10 is not fixed on the end plate 32. Concrete is cast in the steel tube 5 and centrifugally molded, a cutting position indication 9 is engraved on an outer surface of the steel tube 5, and a steel composite concrete pile 40 is configured. 【課題】SCパイルの杭頭処理を容易とし、かつ製造も簡易とする。【解決手段】パイル本体1の一端3側に異形鉄筋10、10を環状に並べ、中間板13、14を取り付け、中間板13より一端11側にパイプ部材20を被せる(a)。パイプ部材20の一端22側よりやや中央側に、環状の固定部材24を取り付けて鉄筋かご30とする(b)。鋼管5内に鉄筋かご30を挿入し、固定部材24の外端25と鋼管5の内壁面6aとの当接部分を溶接し、中間板13、14の外周縁15と鋼管の内壁面6aとを溶接する(c)。鋼管5の一端7、他端7aにドーナツ状の端板32、33を溶接する(d)。異形鉄筋10の一端11は、端板32に固定しない。鋼管5内にコンクリートを打設して遠心成型し、鋼管5の外面に、切断位置表示9を刻印し、SCパイル40を構成する(e)。【選択図】図1
