The invention discloses a prefabricated unit flameproof glass curtain wall board and a curtain wall system. The curtain wall board comprises glass, a frame body, an aluminum auxiliary frame and structural adhesive, wherein the aluminum auxiliary frame and the frame body are connected in a fastened mode, the glass adheres to the aluminum auxiliary frame through the structural adhesive, a prefabricated anti-falling part is preassembled on the frame body and used for preventing the glass from peeling off when the structural adhesive loses efficacy, one end of the prefabricated anti-falling part is connected to the frame body in a fastened mode, the other end of the prefabricated anti-falling part is buckled to the outer side wall of the glass. The curtain wall system comprises multiple prefabricated unit flameproof glass curtain wall boards which are sequentially tightly hung on a building body. The prefabricated unit flameproof glass curtain wall board and the curtain wall system have the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to install and high in safety and stability.
