The invention discloses a heat insulation board which comprises a plate-shaped concrete matrix and two layers of reinforcing meshes, wherein the two layers of reinforcing meshes are respectively arranged in the plate-shaped concrete matrix in parallel; a plurality of cavities are arranged in the plate-shaped concrete matrix in parallel; every two adjacent cavities are separated from each other by a concrete plate; the two layers of reinforcing meshes are respectively arranged above and under the plurality of cavities; the cavities are respectively and internally filled with rod-shaped heat insulation cotton; the concrete plates and the plate-shaped concrete matrix form an integral structure. According to the heat insulation board, the heat insulation cotton is specially arranged in the cavities, so that the heat insulation effect is improved; furthermore, the whole structure of the heat insulation board is very firm; due to the arrangement of a prefabricated part, the weight is lightened, and the construction is fast and convenient.
