The lifting mechanism supplies power so that the hoisting frame can move in the perpendicular direction. The wheels are arranged on the running mechanism. The running mechanism is controlled by the control system to run along the main rail and the parking rails. The control system mainly controls lifting and running of the devices. The main rail and the parking rails are arranged at certain heights above the ground. Idle space can be fully used. The invention provides a new parking method.
