The invention discloses double-rail type parking equipment, which comprises a rail basic component, a moving machine box assembly, a car bedplate assembly, an ascending and descending upright post assembly, a bedplate upright post assembly and a rotating upright post assembly, wherein the parking equipment is arranged on the rail basic component; the rail basic component is connected and fixed with the ground; the car bedplate assembly is fixed on the rotating upright post assembly and is connected with the ascending and descending upright post assembly. The double-rail type parking equipment has the advantages that a layer is added to a position above the original road parking position for parking under the condition of not increasing the ground occupation, so that the car parking number is increased; and the problem of parking difficulty is solved. The double-rail type parking equipment is applicable to parking capacity expansion for hotel roads, hospital roads, residential area roads, municipal roads and the like; the lane area is reduced; the parking density is increased; the area utilization rate is improved; and meanwhile, a remote wireless operation function is realized.
