The invention discloses a general intelligent combined fence. The general intelligent combined fence comprises stand columns which are arranged at intervals, cross-bars which are connected with the stand columns and are arranged between the stand columns, a door and fence nets; detachable frame structures are formed by the stand columns and the cross-bars, and each fence net is detachably connected with two neighbor stand columns and is arranged between the two neighbor stand columns; the cross-bars, the stand columns and the fence nets are all of modular structures, infrared sensors are arranged on the cross-bars, through holes are formed in the interiors of the cross-bars, loudspeakers and red luminescent tubes are arranged in the through holes, the walls of the cross-bars are provided with windows corresponding to the red luminescent tubes, and the infrared sensors, the loudspeakers and the red luminescent tubes are electrically connected with a controller. The general intelligent combined fence is a uniform, normative and standardized fence, and meanwhile is an intelligent segregating fence capable of integrating the functions of cautioning and alerting. By means of the modular combination, the assembly and disassembly of the standardized fence are convenient and fast, by means of an intelligent caution and warning device, active forewarning can be given to workers who break rules on site, and the rule breaking behavior of crossing the fence can be effectively stopped.
