The invention provides an emergency door handle. The door handle is formed by a handle seat and a handle lever, and the handle lever is in threaded connection with a rotary anti-sliding handle. An LED lamp is arranged at the position, close to a key hole, of the edge of the handle seat, and a lamp switch for controlling the LED lamp is arranged on the handle seat. When a power failure happens, the lamp switch can be pressed, the LED lamp can be turned on at this moment, the key hole in the lower portion is lighted up under the condition of the power failure, and a user can open a door with a key. A standby key is arranged on the rotary anti-sliding handle, and when the key is lost, the user can lock and open the door with the standby key.
