The invention discloses a non-fired coal gangue brick with good waterproof and dampproof effect. The non-fired coal gangue brick with good waterproof and dampproof effect is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of coal gangue brick, 7-10 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 9-12.5 parts of bentonite, 1-2 parts of ammonium bicarbonate, 4-6 parts of polyvinyl acetate emulsion, 3-5 parts of phosphogypsum, 2-3 parts of paraffin powder, 8-10 parts of red mud, 2-3 parts of bastnaesite, 2.5-3.5 parts of waterborne polyurethane, 5-7 parts of white mica, 7-9 parts of modifier and a proper amount of water. By adding the components such as coal gangue brick, cement, red mud, bentonite and bastnaesite, the strength of the product is reinforced; by adding waterborne polyurethane, paraffin powder and the like, a good waterproof effect is achieved; by adding the modifier, the light, insulation, the sound absorption and the antibacterial effects are achieved. A non-fired process and a granulating and compressing process are adopted, so that the hardness of the brick is reinforced, the construction performance is improved, simultaneously the environment pollution is reduced; and therefore the non-fired coal gangue brick is worthy of popularization and use.
