Semi-hydrated gypsum-substrate imitation-granite floor and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of chemical building materials, and particularly relates to a semi-hydrated gypsum-substrate imitation-granite floor and a preparation method thereof. Through the appropriate proportioning of semi-hydrated gypsum, yellow phosphorus slag, fiber, cement, quicklime and an imitation-granite paint, the semi-hydrated gypsum and the yellow phosphorus slag are activated, so that the activities of the two are enhanced; through the addition of the quicklime, acidic or neutral substances in raw materials are converted into alkaline substances, so that soluble impurities in the raw materials are greatly reduced, thereby improving the coagulability of the gypsum, and enhancing the strength and freeze thawing resistance of gypsum products; in combined with the control on technological parameters in a preparation process, raw material slurry can be optimized to a greater degree, and especially the content of soluble impurities is reduced, thereby enhancing the coagulability of the gypsum in the presence of cement, and enhancing the flexural and compressive strength of the floor; and in the presence of the quicklime, through high-temperature and high-speed stirring, radioactive substances in the raw materials are optimized, thereby reducing the radioactive indexes of products.
