Granite-imitation floor tile and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a granite-imitation floor tile and a preparation method thereof. The granite-imitation floor tile includes following raw materials, by weight: 50-70 parts of phosphogypsum, 10-20 parts of fly ash, 20-40 parts of yellow phosphorus furnace slag and 1-5 parts of quick lime. The preparation method includes following steps: (1) feeding the yellow phosphorus furnace slag, the phosphogypsum, the fly ash and the quick lime into a stirring machine and stirring the raw material to perform a reaction for a certain time; (2) grinding the product mixture into fine powder and naturally aging the fine powder; (3) mixing the aged fine powder with water to obtain a mixture, and pouring the mixture into a die to form a phosphogypsum base material; and (4) performing maintenance to the phosphogypsum base material and finally performing spraying on the phosphogypsum base material to obtain the granite-imitation floor tile. In the invention, by means of the phosphogypsum as the main raw material to prepare the granite-imitation floor tile, a problem that the waste phosphogypsum is stacked just like mountains can be solved since the market demand of the floor tile is large, so that the invention has an important significance on environment protection and sustainable development.
