Graphite material with high thermal conductivity
The invention aims to provide a graphite material with high thermal conductivity. The graphite material is characterized by comprising the following raw materials by weight percentage: 45%-70% of 1-45micrometer natural graphite powder, 4%-7% of 1-30Si powder, and 35%-50% of a binder. The raw materials are mixed and subjected to hot press molding at 18000-2200DEG C and under a pressure of 15-25MPa, and the temperature is kept constant for 10-16min. The graphite material with high thermal conductivity provided by the invention has the advantages of high strength, high thermal stability, and low electrical resistivity, volatile matter and thermal expansion coefficient.
