According to a technical scheme, the raw materials comprises, by weight percentage, 30-50% of 1-50micrometer natural graphite powder, and 55% of 1-60micrometer clay. The material is characterized by being prepared by: according to weight percentage, mixing 30-50% of 1-50micrometer natural graphite powder with 55% of 1-60micrometer clay, performing hot press molding under 2500-2800 -DEG C and 18-25MPa, and keeping a constant temperature for 10-15min. The graphite refractory material provided by the invention has the advantages of good high temperature resistance, fire resistance, heat conduction and electrical conductivity, and long service life.
