Composite sound insulation material and sound insulation wall body structure based on same
The invention discloses a composite sound insulation material and a sound insulation wall body structure based on the same. The sound insulation material is of a layer structure and comprises an outer layer board, a middle layer board and an inner layer board, wherein the outer layer board is a sound adsorption bore board, and the inner layer board is a sound insulation layer; the middle layer board is a polymer composite sound absorption layer which is of a cavity structure and made of polyurethane materials, and a cavity of the middle layer board is internally filled with sound absorption materials with a good flame retardant property, high temperature resistance and a waterproof property such as metal foam sound absorption boards. The portion between the middle layer board and the outer layer board also includes rubber and a plastic damping board attached to the part under the outer layer board and glass fabric attached onto the middle layer board. A polymer composite sound absorption body is laid on an existing factory building brick-concrete wall body structure so that the sound absorption and insulation amounts of the whole structure can be increased, the generation of a coincidence valley is avoided by the composite structure, and therefore the low and medium frequency sound insulation effect is improved.
