To provide a sound insulation panel capable of installing the sound insulation panel avoiding an obstacle even if there is the obstacle between columns.SOLUTION: A sound insulation panel 1 according to the present invention includes a first plate material 31 and a second plate material 32 disposed on both ends interposing sound insulation material 2, a first projection member 4 disposed to project from the first plate 31, and a second projection member 5 disposed to project from the second plate material 32. The first projection member 4 can hold a projection length L1 from the first plate material 31 to a predetermined length, and the second projection member 5 can extend a projection length L2 from the second plate material 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
