Assembled building external wall heat-insulation system and construction method thereof
The invention provides an assembled building external wall heat-insulation system and a construction method thereof and belongs to the field of building external wall heat insulation. The assembled building external wall heat-insulation system sequentially comprises an assembled wall board, a bonding mortar layer, fixing parts, a heat-insulation layer, lock catch fastening pieces, a plastering layer and a facing layer from inside to outside. One end of each fixing part is welded with self-tapping screw cap heads for fixing the assembled wall cement fiber face board, the other end of each fixing part penetrates through the heat-insulation layer, the lock catch fastening pieces on the outer sides of the fixing parts are tightly clamped with the fixing parts to fix the heat-insulation layer to the wall board, the length of the fixing parts is matched with the thickness of heat-insulation boards, and the tail portions of the fixing parts are welded with self-tapping screws through argon arc welding. The construction method comprises the steps of inspecting and accepting the assembled building wall face, adjusting a control line, welding the fixing parts, applying an adhesive on the heat-insulation board and performing bonding, fixing the lock catch fastening pieces, conducting batch coating on plastering adhesive cement, laying gridding cloth, conducting batch coating on plastering adhesive cement and applying facing mortar or a coating. The system can completely wrap the outer side of a whole building, heat loss at the positions of beam columns and floor slabs is avoided, and hot-heat bridges for linkage positions of assembled modules can be omitted.
