The invention discloses an environment-friendly stair railing with emergency instruction and light pollution prevention functions. Each segment of the stair railing is provided with a head lamp control cavity and comprises a row of lamp slots which are evenly distributed and communicated with the head lamp control cavity, each lamp slot is provided with a lighting lamp cover which is in the shape of a triangle and corresponds to the lamp slot, the bottoms of the lighting lamp covers are connected with one another through a pull rod which pulls the opening directions of lighting lamp sockets arranged on the lighting lamp covers, supports used for supporting the pull rod are arranged in the head lamp control cavity, the head lamp control cavity at the end portion of each segment of the stair railing further comprises a thread sleeve head which is meshed with a thread arranged on the end portion of the pull rod, and the head lamp control cavity is further provided with a motor which drives the thread sleeve head to rotate. According to the environment-friendly stair railing with the emergency instruction and light pollution prevention functions, the structure is simple, the usage is convenient, the irradiation directions of lights can be controlled in the process of climbing stairs, and therefore the harm caused by light direct irradiation to the eyes can be further avoided.
