The invention discloses a flame-retardant flexible sheet. The flame-retardant flexible sheet is of sandwich structure composed of a surface layer, a reinforcing layer and an adhesive layer. The surface layer is any one of a cement coating felt/alkali-free glass fiber felt, nonwoven cloth or kraft paper modified by surface modifier; the reinforcing layer is any one of organic, inorganic or metal gridding cloth; the adhesive layer is composed of inorganic gel materials, water-based emulsion and auxiliary. The prepared flame-retardant flexible sheet is 1-4 mm in thickness and bent around a round rod 200 mm in the diameter by 180 degrees and free of cracks. Decorative plates made by coating various coatings, real stone paint and the like on the surface of the sheet have the advantages of low cost, convenience in construction, high durability and the like.
