To achieve both flame retardancy and flexibility of a floor sheet relevant to workability when laying the floor sheet on a floor base.SOLUTION: Provided is a flame-retardant floor sheet having vinyl chloride resin as its main resin component. The flame-retardant floor sheet contains 40 pts.mass to 75 pts.mass of a plasticizer and 1 pts.mass to 8 pts.mass of antimony trioxide based on 100 pts.mass of the vinyl chloride resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
