The invention relates to core veneer and a composite floor using the core veneer and belongs to the technical field of composite floors. The core veneer is simple in structure, low in production cost and good in stability, and the composite floor comprises the core veneer. According to the scheme, the core veneer comprises multiple basic boards and multiple auxiliary boards, wherein the basic boards and the auxiliary boards are arranged on the same plane in an alternated mode and spliced to be of an overall plane structure, and non-gap splicing is achieved between the adjacent basic boards and auxiliary boards; the fiber direction of the basic boards and the fiber direction of the auxiliary boards are formed in a staggered mode.
