A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
The invention provides a machining method of a veneer floor. The machining method comprises the following steps: (1) manufacturing a multilayered composite plate by adopting a plurality of layers of single veneers and glass fiber nets, metal wire nets or fiber cloth layers; (2) cutting the multilayered composite plate into a needed specification by using a sawing machine to obtain a base plate; (3) slotting the back surface and the front surface of the base plate; (4) filling grooves with soft silica gel, wherein the upper end face of the soft silica gel in the front surface of the base plate is flush with the front surface of an upper-layer plate; (5) coating the front surface of the base plate with one layer of modified starch glue or a non-formaldehyde adhesive, and adhering a veneer layer and the base plate by using a cold pressing machine; (6) after curing glue, planning a rabbet; and (7) coating the upper surface of the veneer layer with one nano titanium dioxide modified fluorocarbon coating. The veneer floor machined by the machining method can be effectively free of deformation and arching caused by damping or thermal expansion and cold shrinkage; and the veneer floor has a relatively long service life and is relatively environmentally friendly. By virtue of the nano titanium dioxide modified fluorocarbon coating on the surface of the veneer layer, the veneer floor has the advantages of abrasion resistance, pollution prevention, water resistance and easiness for cleaning.
