All-weather solid wood floor with reinforcing core board
The invention relates to an all-weather solid wood floor with a reinforcing core board, and aims at providing a floor which has the advantages of being high in mechanical strength, high in wood resource utilization rate and low in manufacturing cost. According to the technical scheme, the all-weather solid wood floor comprises a rectangular floor body with rabbets in the periphery; the floor body is formed by attaching three layers of board bodies together, and the board body on the upper layer and the board body on the lower layer are each formed by splicing one or more wood boards; the board body on the middle layer is formed by placing a base board in a peripheral frame formed by wood strips, the base board is a composite board formed by sequentially attaching a top plate, a middle plate and a bottom plate, and the middle plate is formed by transversely arraying a plurality of solid wood transverse strips in parallel. The solid wood fiber texture growth directions of the top plate and the bottom plate are the same as the length direction of the floor. The growth direction of the solid wood transverse strips is the same as the fiber growth direction of the transverse strips, and perpendicular to the length direction of the top plate and the length direction of the bottom plate. The top plate and the bottom plate are each formed by a solid wood saw-cut sheet or a rotary-cut sheet or a sliced sheet.

The growth direction of the solid wood transverse strips is the same as the fiber growth direction of the transverse strips, and perpendicular to the length direction of the top plate and the length direction of the bottom plate. The top plate and the bottom plate are each formed by a solid wood saw-cut sheet or a rotary-cut sheet or a sliced sheet.
