The invention discloses a wood floor and a board core thereof. The board-shaped board core comprises a plurality of wood structural parts arranged on the same plane, the wood fiber directions of the plurality of wood structural parts are different, and the plurality of wood structural parts at least comprise first wood structural parts with the wood fiber directions perpendicular to the plane. The board core has more wood fiber directions, the wood fiber directions comprise the directions perpendicular to the plane, and therefore when the different wood structural parts deform in the wood fiber directions, the deformation degree of the board core can be reduced through mutual interference and constraint between wood fibers in more different directions, and the deformation amount of the board core is reduced.
