The method comprises the steps that a hole is mechanically drilled in a template, a threaded bolt is adopted to be embedded into the template, the threaded bolt is screwed repeatedly at the position of a nut after initial setting is performed on a cast concrete column, the threaded bolt forms a threaded structure inside concrete, the threaded bolt can be directly pulled out conveniently before form removal, and no concrete mechanical drilling is adopted, so that damage to concrete is avoided; the threaded structure is formed inside the concrete, so that the contact area between embedded steel bar glue and the inner surface of the concrete is increased, the bonding acting force and anti-uplift strength of the embedded steel glue and the concrete are enhanced, the construction period is shortened, and the labor intensity is lowered; during steel bar embedment, a long steel bar and a short steel bar are adopted to be in staggered and overlapped connection, the steel bar use amount is saved, the number of overlapped joints is decreased, the structural strength is improved, and the cost is lowered.
