The invention relates to a three-dimensional car parking frame which comprises a fixing base (1), a fixing stand column (2), a parking platform (3), a rotating stand column (5), a balance chain (7) and a rotating stand column locking device (9). The parking platform (3) is connected with the rotating stand column (5) through a parking platform rotating hinge (4). The rotating stand column (5) is connected with the fixing base (1) through a rotating stand column rotating hinge (6). A winch (10) is arranged on the fixing stand column (2). The winch (10) is provided with a traction device. One end of the balance chain (7) is fixed on one side, close to the fixing stand column (2), on the parking platform (3). The other side is connected with a balance chain adjusting wheel (8). The rotating stand column locking device (9) is arranged on the fixing stand column (2). Compared with the prior art, the three-dimensional car parking frame has the advantages of being small in occupied space and low in cost, and car taking and placing are convenient.
