The invention provides a parking place locking frame. The parking place locking frame comprises a remote controller, a signal receiving device, a controller, a small motor, a base and a rotating frame, wherein the remote controller comprises a shell, a signal generating circuit and a signal sending device, the signal generating circuit is connected with the signal sending device, the signal receiving device and the controller are fixed on the small motor which is fixed on the base, the signal receiving device is connected with the controller connected with the small motor, the rotating frame is rotatably fixed on the base, a fixing device and a drive mechanism are arranged on the base, the base is fixed on the ground via the fixing device, and the small motor is connected with the rotating frame via the drive mechanism. By the aid of the technical scheme, the parking place locking frame has the advantages that ascending or descending of the rotating frame of the parking place lock frame can be controlled by the remote controller, a user needs not to get off a car to operate the rotating frame manually, and usage is facilitated for the user.
