An anti-theft magnetic mechanical lock comprises a lock case, an unlocking magnetic rod and a lock cylinder assembly arranged in the lock case. A lock hole is formed in the side wall of the lock case, and an installation opening is formed in the rear side wall of the lock case. The anti-theft magnetic mechanical lock is characterized in that the lock cylinder assembly comprises a magnetic head installation plate, locking magnetic heads, interference magnetic heads, a locking rod, an unlocking handle and an interference plate. When an illegal person rotates the unlocking handle to try opening the mechanical lock, the interference plate moves in a limited mode within a certain range along the top of the lock case under driving of the tension of a tension spring, so that frictional resistance between the interference magnetic heads and through holes in the interference plate is increased to simulate frictional damping between the locking magnetic heads and corresponding locating holes in the locking rod. In this way, the illegal person has great difficulty in accurately sensing correct magnetic poles and positions and is effectively prevented from trying opening the mechanical lock.
