Method of arranging rail construction facility field in farmland and facility thereof
Disclosed is a method of arranging a rail construction facility field in the farmland and a facility thereof. The method includes arranging a field rail and a side station power line in the farmland; operating a rail based mobile photovoltaic power generation system and automatic tillage device on the field rail. The facility comprises the field rail, the farmland, the rail based automatic tillage device and the rail based mobile photovoltaic power generation system. By means of the application of the method and facility, the agricultural products can be increased by 50% in 2020 as compared with that of 2013, the proportion of organic food can be increased by 75%, and the national agricultural modernization can be realized first. The important problem of the photovoltaic power generation installation site is solved, the rail based mobile photovoltaic power generation system is adaptive to two-dimensional tracking, the generated power is increased by 30% on the year-on-year basis, and the benefit and investment return are increased greatly; possibly, the national photovoltaic generated power can be 4 trillion kilowatts per year, namely 40% of the total social energy consumption in 2020; the national energy structure can be changed thoroughly; PM 2.5 can be reduced by 90%; energy safety is benefited through the distribution-type energy sites.
