The invention relates to a method for arranging a photovoltaic power generation facility associated with an isolation fence of an expressway, wherein the method comprises the following steps: step 1, additionally arranging one or more parallel isolation fence part components at the inner side of an existing isolation fence and the outer side of a guardrail, and enabling the one or more parallel isolation fence part components to be used for erecting a photovoltaic panel associated with the isolation fence; step 2,adopting an engineering design, a support part and a construction method which are the same as or similar to those of an existing separation fence for the additionally arranged separation fence component; step 3, arranging the photovoltaic panel which is arranged in an associated manner in an east-west horizontal direction, with the length of each unit being 4-5 m and the width of each unit being 1-2 m; and step 4, increasing the number of the photovoltaic panels arranged in the associated mode to the periphery according to the actual situation of the isolation fence. According to the method, a photovoltaic power generation facility is designed and mounted by fully utilizing land resources and engineering resources on the inner side and the periphery of the existing expressway separation fence, such as flat ground and side slope spaces, foundations, stand columns, supports and silk screens.
