The invention relates to the technical field of the fine chemical engineering, and concretely relates to a high efficiency building water repellent. The water repellent is prepared by using 20-30wt% of ultrafine ore powder, 30-40wt% of coconut oil, 5-8wt% of a surfactant, 5-12wt% of calcium hydroxide, 2-2.5wt% of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, 2-3wt% of sodium silicate and 1-5wt% of an anticorrosive sustained release agent. The high efficiency building water repellent provided by the invention has the advantages of construction convenience, environmental protection and safety.
