Foam concrete material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a foam concrete material and a preparation method thereof. The foam concrete material comprises a solid part and foaming agent foams, wherein the solid part comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 7.5-30% of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, 2.45-9.8% of magnesium oxide powder, 60-90% of coal ashes, and 0.05-0.2% of a solidification regulating material, wherein the volume amount of the foaming agent foams is 50-80 times the total volume amount of the solid part; the foaming agent foams are prepared by a foaming agent aqueous solution comprising a foaming agent and water in a mass ratio of 1 to 40. The foam concrete material is beneficial to environmental friendliness and excellent in thermal insulation performance, is a light heat insulating material with excellent thermal insulation effects, can be directly used for non-bearing structures which need thermal insulation materials of roofs, floor heating projects, cushion layers, and the like. The foam concrete provided by the invention can be directly cast in place, and is free of special requirements on curing conditions and a construction process.
