Foam concrete, preparation method thereof and composite material
The invention relates to foam concrete, a preparation method thereof and a composite material. The foam concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 621-750 parts of cement; 212-280 parts of fly ash; 30-70 parts of a composite foaming agent; 20-45 parts of a silane-based water repellent; and 35-65 parts of a propenyl ether copolymer. The foam concrete has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, fire resistance and hydrophobicity. The composite material can stabilize the dry density even in a range of 300kg/m<3> to 500kg/m<3>, and meanwhile, the compressive strength of 3MPa to 5MPa is achieved.
本发明涉及一种泡沫混凝土及其制备方法和复合材料。以重量份数计，所述泡沫混凝土的制备原料包括：水泥621份‑750份；粉煤灰212份‑280份；复合发泡剂30份‑70份；硅烷基憎水剂20份‑45份；丙烯基醚共聚物35份‑65份。本发明所述泡沫混凝土具有轻质高强、防火憎水的特点。所述复合材料能够将干密度甚至可以稳定在300kg/m3‑500kg/m3范围内，并同时达到3MPa‑5MPa的抗压强度。
Foam concrete, preparation method thereof and composite material
The invention relates to foam concrete, a preparation method thereof and a composite material. The foam concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 621-750 parts of cement; 212-280 parts of fly ash; 30-70 parts of a composite foaming agent; 20-45 parts of a silane-based water repellent; and 35-65 parts of a propenyl ether copolymer.
