Mudjacking type anchor rod reinforcing method for repairing longitudinal cracking of U-shaped bridge abutment
The invention relates to a mudjacking type anchor rod reinforcing method for repairing longitudinal cracking of a U-shaped bridge abutment. When the U-shaped bridge abutment longitudinally cracks, concrete on the two sides of a longitudinal crack is broken and weathered seriously, and rebars of an original structure are rusted and even broken. Because of scouring of water seepage of a bridge deck, a large number of cavities are formed in filling soil of the bridge abutment. When the U-shaped bridge abutment is repaired, mudjacking type anchor rods are driven into the U-shaped bridge abutment in a matrix shape in the horizontal direction of a cross bridge, cracked bridge abutment side walls and the filling soil of the bridge abutment are anchored together, and the cavities in the filling soil of the bridge abutment are all filled with anchoring cement mortar. The tensile strength of the mudjacking type anchor rods is high, and the structure is novel and unique. Firstly, the anchoring cement mortar forms backflow in anchor holes, air in the anchor holes is completely exhausted and the space in the anchor holes is filled with the anchoring cement mortar; then, the anchoring cement mortar is enabled to have enough pressure so that the anchoring cement mortar can permeate to the cavities in the filling soil of the bridge abutment. An operating tool for the method is simple, the building cost of a project is low, repairing quality is high, and bridge deck traffic does not need to be interrupted in the whole construction process.
