The special double-buffer protective fence for the expressway comprises a strip-shaped PVC resin plate, and is characterized in that the PVC resin plate is formed by pressing multiple layers of wave-shaped reinforcing bands; each layer of reinforcing band is formed by interweaving at least two directions of epoxy glass fibers; elastic fillers are filled between adjacent two layers of reinforcing bands; a pure polyester thermosetting powder coating layer is arranged on the surface layer of the PVC resin plate; and an inflatable anti-collision airbag is inlaid between the PVC resin plate and a stand column fixed with the PVC resin plate. As the inflatable anti-collision airbag is inlaid between the PVC resin plate and the stand column fixed with the PVC resin plate, and elastic matters deformed by stress are arranged between the reinforcing bands, the collision energy can be effectively absorbed to reduce the damage on the protective fence and accident vehicles.
