The invention discloses a municipal bridge guardrail cleaning device adopting pneumatic lifting and a use method thereof. The device is used for cleaning a municipal bridge guardrail (1) and comprises multiple water collecting tank assemblies (9), multiple cleaning spraying heads (92) and a pressure supply device (7), wherein the water collecting tank assemblies (9) are connected with the cleaning spraying heads (92) in a one-to-one mode through water delivery pipes (91), and all the cleaning spraying heads (92) are installed on the upper portion of a spraying head installation frame (8) exposed out of the ground (2).
