The invention provides a municipal bridge guardrail cleaning device and a using method thereof. The device is used for cleaning a municipal bridge guardrail (1) and comprises water collecting box components (9), cleaning nozzles (92) and a pressure supply device (7), wherein a plurality of the collecting box components (9) and the cleaning nozzles (92) are provided, the collecting box components (9) are connected with the cleaning nozzles (92) through water supply pipes (91) one by one, and the cleaning nozzles (92) are all installed on a nozzle installing support (8) which is exposed to the ground (2).
