Simple piling cap and construction method
The invention discloses a simple piling cap and a construction method. The simple piling cap comprises a cap top, a cap hood, a cap cavity, a limiting hole and flying rings. The cap top and the cap hood are integrated, the cap cavity is formed in the cap hood, the flying rings are welded to the two sides of the upper portion of the cap top, and the limiting hole is formed in the upper portion of the cap top. The construction method comprises the following steps that the simple piling cap is manufactured; one end of a steel wire rope is fixed to the flying rings of the piling cap through rope buckles, the other end of the steel wire rope is hung to a lifting hoop at the rear portion of a backacting shovel type excavator bucket, the piling cap is hoisted to the upper portion of a support steel pile, and the cap cavity is aligned with the upper portion of the support steel column and is slowly arranged on the support steel pile in a sleeving mode; a hydraulic vibration hammer of the excavator is inserted in a limiting hole and beats the cap top till the support steel pile is beaten to the needed height; the bucket of the backacting shovel type excavator bucket is lifted, and the piling cap is hoisted out of the support steel pile. The piling cap is easy to manufacture, convenient to transport and high in construction efficiency, the piling operation is simple, and the effect of piling on road transport is reduced.
