A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
Lifting platform system for placing large caisson in water
A lifting platform system for placing a large caisson in water comprises a plurality of prefabricated platforms and lifting platforms supported in water. One side of the lifting platform leans on the edges of the prefabricated platforms. The tops of the prefabricated platforms and the tops of the lifting platforms are the same in structure and each sequentially comprise a face plate and a truss beam of a mesh structure from top to bottom. The lower sides of the truss beams of the prefabricated platforms are supported by the top ends of steel pipe columns which are arrayed in a matrix mode. The lower ends of the steel pipe columns are hit into a water bottom mud field. The lower sides of the truss beams of the lifting platforms are hinged to the top ends of the lifting rods. The bottoms of the lifting rods with the lower ends extending in the steel pipe columns are supported by a prefabricated concrete foundation at the lower ends of the steel pipe columns through a plurality of supporting bases. Without renting a semi-submersible barge prefabricated and transported large caisson, the prefabricating and transporting cost of the large caisson is greatly reduced, and the transporting safety of the large caisson is improved. After a project ends, the prefabricating platforms and the lifting platforms can be repeatedly used after being detached, and the resource utilization rate is increased.
