The invention provides a caisson manufacturing integrated platform which comprises a power system (1), a supporting system (2), a moving platform system (3) and a formwork system (4), the supporting system (2) is sequentially provided with the power system (1), the moving platform system (3) and the formwork system (4) from top to bottom, and the power system (1) is connected with the moving platform system (3) through a steel strand oil cylinder. And the template system (4) is fixedly connected with the mobile platform system (3) and is connected to the supporting system (2) in a sliding manner. The movable platform is pulled through the steel strand oil cylinder in the power system, so that the formwork system connected with the movable platform is driven to ascend, the caisson is integrally poured through a sliding formwork process, the manufacturing period of a single caisson is shortened from more than 20 days to about 6 days, and the production efficiency is greatly improved.
本发明提供了一种沉箱制造集成平台,包括动力系统(1)、支撑系统(2)、移动平台系统(3)以及模板系统(4),所述支撑系统(2)从上到下依次安装有动力系统(1)、移动平台系统(3)以及模板系统(4),所述动力系统(1)通过钢绞线油缸与移动平台系统(3)相连,所述模板系统(4)与移动平台系统(3)固定相连并滑动连接于所述支撑系统(2)上。本发明通过动力系统中的钢绞线油缸拉动移动平台,从而带动与移动平台相连的模板系统上升,实现了通过滑膜的工艺整体浇筑沉箱,将单个沉箱的制作周期由20多天缩短为6天左右,极大地提高了生产效率。
